Frequently Asked Questions
Sizing
Shirts are unisex fit. If you usually wear a women's medium, order a small in our shirts for a fitted look or a medium for relaxed. We are happy to send a sizing chart, just email info@pressandcraft.com.
How long does my order take?
- Non-personalized shirts: 3 to 5 business days to make, plus shipping
- Personalized shirts: 5 to 7 business days, includes a proof email
- Engraved gifts: 5 to 7 business days, includes a proof email
- Group orders (6 or more): 7 to 10 business days
- Leather keychains: 3 to 5 business days
If you need it sooner, email me. I do my best to accommodate rush requests.
Shipping
USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Domestic US shipping starts at $5.95. International shipping is available to most countries; rates calculated at checkout.
Returns
Because every item is made-to-order, I cannot accept returns on personalized items. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, for store credit. Defects or printing errors will be remade or refunded, no questions asked. Email me within 7 days of delivery and I will make it right.
Custom and group orders
Yes. Visit the Group Orders page or email info@pressandcraft.com. Group orders of 6 or more get 10% off; 12 or more get 15% off.
How do I care for vinyl-pressed shirts?
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the vinyl. Treated this way, your shirt will outlast your favorite blazer.
How do I care for engraved gifts?
- Bamboo cutting boards: hand wash, dry promptly, re-oil with food-safe mineral or walnut oil every few months. Never soak or put in the dishwasher.
- Acrylic: dust with a microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners.
- Leather: condition with leather balm every few months. Keep dry when possible.
Can you press licensed Greek letters or organizational crests?
No. I do not press licensed Greek letters or trademarked crests. My Founders Day designs use a clean Established Year mark that pairs beautifully with any organization's official paraphernalia.
Where are you based?
Press and Craft is a small home-based studio in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Everything ships from here, made by me.
